Shipping & Returns

Orders are dispatched within 1–4 working days of placement. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Returns

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order for a full refund.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@j-monarch.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
